Cancellation policy

§ 6 Trip cancellation If you need to cancel your trip, you need to send a written notification. In the event of cancellation, the landlord is nonetheless entitled to the agreed price of the booking. If the booked accommodation cannot be re-let, the landlord is entitled to demand compensation according to the following conditions: Up to 10 days before arrival - 50% of the rental price. Up to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost. Up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total cost. . We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. . § 7 Cancellation by the landlord The landlord may cancel the booking after check-in without adhering to cancellation deadlines if the guest is disturbing other tenants/neighbours despite previous warnings or breaches contract conditions to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. § 8 Landlord's liability As a conscientious accommodation provider, the landlord is responsible for the proper provision of the holiday property. Liability for any failures or disruptions in the water or power supply, as well as events and consequences of force majeure are hereby excluded. § 9 Written form There are no agreements other than those listed in this contract. Verbal agreements are not deemed valid. The booking confirmation acts as consent to the general terms and conditions. § 10 Severability Should one of the rental conditions described above be legally invalid, it will be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the original meaning. All other conditions remain unaffected and are still applicable.

Holiday destination

Garrucha is a seaport in the administrative region of Levante Almeriense. It is in Almeria province in south-eastern Spain (Andalusia). The coastal town is a beautiful fishing village with outstanding beaches. For centuries, Garrucha traded heavily in lead, silver, copper, iron and fruit, among others. Today there is only a small business, a small fishing fleet and private boats there. Our holiday home is outside the nudist area!

Getting there

The nearest airport to Vera Playa is Almeria (LEI) Airport which is 65.9 km away. Other nearby airports are Corvera (RMU) (85.8 km) and Alicante (ALC) (160.7 km) as well as Malaga, which is 220 km away. Arriving by car is possible at any time of year. Bus and train is also possible.

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir zu Gast im Casa Don Carlos. Wieder hat es uns absolut überzeugt. Sucht man einen individuellen Aufenthalt direkt am Strand ohne Lust auf Massentourismus, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
