The park features a small, cozy restaurant with a sunny terrace. In the village, you'll find everything your heart desires: numerous shops, supermarkets, a fish shop, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, and a golf course. The beach pavilion is open all year round.
About 6 km away in Den Helder, there are many attractions: among others, the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, a children's play paradise, a cinema, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the crossroads and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left (small red bridge).
