50 % Payment upon reservation, 100 % 1 month before arriving.
Cancellation 3 months or more before arrival : 20 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arriving : 50 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation in the month before arriving : 100 % penalty of the rent.
In case of cancellation and re-renting by owner, penalty is reduced to 20 % of the rent.
Deposit : 400 € + 50 € / dog by transfert before arrival or in cash at arrival

Bois Le Vent ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem gepflegten und großen Garten. Uns haben die vielen schönen Plätze im Haus und im Garten gefallen, an denen man sich auch mal zurückziehen und verschiedene Ausblicke genießen konnte. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen, was toll für Hundebesitzer ist. Der nahgelegene Strand mit seinen Klippen ist sehr beeindruckend. Francis ist ein toller Vermieter, der uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet hat. Für uns als Familie mit Hund war das eine rundum perfekte Urlaubswoche. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem wundervollem Haus mit seinem traumhaften Grundstück.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett es fehlte uns an nichts. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand. Eine sehr gute Boulangerie ist im nächsten Ort nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit gern wieder mieten.
