Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the case of such a cancellation, the landlord is entitled to charge a fee, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
Cancellation 33 days to 22 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
Cancellation 11 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price.
Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing.
The date the landlord receives the cancellation notice is decisive in determining penalties.
We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Callantsoog is very central and you have access to many destinations. In the neighbouring town of Den Helder (13 km) you can visit the submarine museum, for example. From there you can take the ferry to the island of Texel and visit the Ecomare seal sanctuary. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this visit. The cheese market and old town of Alkmaar (27 km) are well worth seeing. Other cities such as Schagen (9 km), Egmond (26 km) and Bergen an See are recommended.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und glücklich mit dem Ferienhaus. Auch konnten wir die lieben Gastgeber kennenlernen. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen zufriedenen Urlaub benötigt. Großes Bad mit separatem WC im EG. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt zwei Fernseher einen DVD Spieler....man kann nicht alles aufzählen was diese Haus alles bietet, es fehlt wirklich nichts.
Wir haben allen unseren Freunden von dem wunderschönen Haus berichtet und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne erholsame Woche im sehr gut ausgestatteten
Haus mit unseren beiden Hunden verlebt. Das Haus mit seinem großen schön
eingewachsenen Garten hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum
wohlgefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.
