Cancellation conditions
(1) If the Lessee cancels (terminates) the contract prior to the commencement of the rental period without naming a subsequent Lessee who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved:
Cancellation
-up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
-up to 0 days before the start of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period): 100 % of the rental price.
(2) If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rent.
(3) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

The modernized egemalige farmhouse and the garden are very well maintained, clean and prima equipped. Highlight is the terrace with sun deck, shaded seating area and of course the pool. From everywhere you can enjoy the magnificent view. Even if the driveway to the house is quite spectacular, you can quickly get to the sea and make beautiful trips to Split or Dubrovnik.
But also directly from the house you can make beautiful walks in the mountains.
Well signposted hiking trails right outside the door. Good combination of hiking and beach vacation, because you are in less than 10 min by car at the nearest beach.
The house is within walking distance above the village of Bast, where there is a konoba next to the church.
Holiday destination
Mountainous environment, 3 km it is to Baska Voda and the beach.
Near Makarska, at a distance of 15 kilometers at the foot of Biokovo mountain there are 5 smaller settlements with a long tourist tradition.
These are Gradac, Drvenik, Zaostrog, Podaca and Brist. Gradac has one of the longest and most beautiful fine gravel beaches on the Adriatic.

Unser Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus in Bast war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt. Ein tolles, bestens ausgestattetes Haus mit Meer- und Bergblick in einem kleinen Dorf mit besonderem Charakter. Die traumhafte Lage und die herrliche Aussicht haben jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Einfach ein Ort zum Durchatmen, Genießen und Krafttanken, der dir zeigt, wie wenig du eigentlich brauchst, um klar zu denken.
Morgens mit einem Kaffee auf der Terrasse und der Blick aufs Meer, Momente, die man nicht kaufen, sondern fühlen muss.
Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Vermieter und seiner Familie (incl. Macka :) ). Selten haben wir so herzliche, freundliche und aufmerksame Menschen kennengelernt. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns willkommen.
Auch wenn der Urlaub zu Ende ist, das Gefühl bleibt!

Das Haus ist abgelegen und recht weit oben am Berg. Man wir mit einer tollen Aussicht und einem gemütlichen Ambiente belohnt. Das Haus ist zwar alt, aber kernsaniert und gepflegt, sodass der Charme des alten Hauses geblieben ist und dennoch alles auf einem modernen Stand ist. An Ausstattung ist ebenfalls alles da, was man braucht. Es ist traumhaft ruhig, sodass man wirklich abschalten kann.
