Cancellation policy
The landlord may be forced to cancel and dissolve the rental agreement due to special circumstances. In that case, cancellation and dissolution will be done in writing. In that case, the landlord will refund all amounts paid by the tenant, without any further liability on the part of the landlord.
The tenant is entitled to cancel and dissolve the rental agreement, taking into account the following:
- Cancellation and dissolution must be done in writing by email.
- If you cancel within 8 days of reservation, the option right applies (see above).
- If you cancel up to one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental price will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than one week before the start of the rental period, the full rental amount will be charged.
- After written receipt of a cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will send back a written confirmation and refund any advance payments.
