Whether it is to the sea in Cecina, San Vincenzo or even further south, there are inviting sand beaches with pines here. Fascinating Etruscan or mediaeval towns such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa or Florence are reachable for impressive excursions. But also for strolling, jogging, walking or cycling, the special landscape with fields and forests offers much relaxation and variety.
Pleasant trattorias or pizzerias with rustic, Tuscan cuisine and many good seafood restaurants can be found everywhere by the sea. Pure enjoyment!

Getting there
Take highway Genua-Livorno-Cecine, then towards Volterra until Ponteginori. After the village, the road forks left towards Montecatini.

Eine Oase! Die grosse, parkartige Anlage ist mitten in den Reben gelegen mit atemberaubendem Blick! Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und abgeschieden und trotzdem erreicht man bequem Ortschaften, Gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele. Die gepflegt eingerichteten Häuser liegen etwas auseinander, so dass man viel Privatsphäre hat. Wir fanden es fantastisch! Hoffentlich bald wieder!
