Unexpected cancellation?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your stay at least 21 days before arrival. Guests who cancel 14 to 21 days before arrival will receive 50% of the payment back, and 5 to 14 days before arrival you will receive a 25% refund. After that, no refund is possible.

Parking
Paid parking applies everywhere in Zandvoort. Studio Busy You @ Sea is located in a quiet street near the dunes. Usually, you can find a spot for loading and unloading (High season: €4 for the first hour, then €7 per hour / Low season €6 per 24 hour).
For the rest of your stay, we recommend parking at the edge of the dunes (350 m; small lot) or at De Zuid parking (approx. 750 m; large lot). Host informationAt the end of 2023, I realized a long-cherished dream: living by the sea and enjoying the beach life. During an extensive renovation, the souterrain of my house was transformed into a guesthouse, giving you a cozy place to recharge and unwind. The studio has been open since March 2024.
To make your stay truly complete, I’m a massage therapist and my salon is located right next to the guesthouse.
