Das Foto auf der Website erweckt den Eindruck eines freistehenden Hauses. Tatsächlich ist das Haus doppelt so groß und besteht aus insgesamt vier Wohneinheiten. Der Garten wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt und ist nur mit einem sehr niedrigen Zaun umgeben. Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich nicht im Haus, sondern in einem separaten Raum und müssen von den anderen drei Wohneinheiten mitbenutzt werden.
