Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Datum gebucht, da die Website standardmäßig eine Toleranz von +/- 3 Tagen vorgibt. Dies ist auf dem Handy während des Buchungsvorgangs schwer zu erkennen. Ich habe sofort den Kundenservice kontaktiert, konnte die Buchung aber nicht mehr kostenlos ändern oder stornieren. Auch mein Anruf am nächsten Tag brachte keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Daraufhin habe ich Beschwerdebriefe verfasst, auf die ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten habe. Ich hatte erneut telefonischen und E-Mail-Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wiederum keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit Belvilla und der Bearbeitung meiner Beschwerde. Mir ist bewusst, dass ich einen Fehler gemacht habe, aber die Art und Weise, wie damit umgegangen wird, ist mangelhaft. Die standardmäßige Toleranz von +/- 3 Tagen ist irreführend, denn wenn ich einen breiteren Suchbereich wünsche, sollte ich diesen selbst auswählen können, anstatt dass dies die Standardeinstellung ist. Nun habe ich viel Geld verloren und keine zufriedenstellende Lösung erhalten.
