Holiday destination
The beautiful semi-detached stone house is located in the village Selina about 3 km from the town of Sveti Lovrec in Porec. It was renovated in 2014 and offers our guests pure wellness feeling.
The house is ideal for those who are looking for peace and want to enjoy the natural beauty of Istria. The house is not far away from the sea and the tourist places. The towns of Porec, Rovinj and Vrsar lure with a variety of attractions, events and good cooking.
Getting there
Salzburg-Villach-Karawankentunel-Ljubljana-Koper-Croatian border Kastel, for Umag-Pula (Istrian Y motorway) take exit Sv. Lovrec, direction Sv. Lovrec, take the second intersection and turn right, then turn again right direction Selina. In the village Selina take the second turning on the right. It goes uphill, arrived at the cross road above, you are almost directly in front of the house Andela.

Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind im Ferienhaus Andela, und es war von der ersten Minute an Erholung pur. Dazu hat wesentlich auch die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Herak beigetragen, die uns gleich zu Beginn den Kühlschrank mit ein paar "Essentials" wie Butter, Aufschnitt, Käse und Naschereien ausgestattet hatte. Das Haus, der Pool, die Hausumgebung, alles tiptop gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit drei Autos vor Ort, was auch dringend zu empfehlen ist, da das Dorf recht abgelegen ist.
Für Ausflüge in die Region/ans Meer sowie Einkäufe ist das Auto unerlässlich.
Liebe Familie Herak, wir haben den Urlaub bei Ihnen und auch all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Gemüse, Obst,Kuchen) sehr genossen und wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute!

Es freut mich sehr, dass Sie mit Ihrer Familie einen so entspannten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Andela verbringen konnten. Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie Herak ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – umso schöner, dass Sie sich über die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten so gefreut haben.

Die Villa ist hervorragend gepflegt, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders beeindruckt uns immer wieder die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir liebevoll empfangen und mit leckerem Kuchen verwöhnt.
Man spürt, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut hier in das Wohl der Gäste investiert wird. Deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne zurück.
