Der Aufenthalt im Landalpark war super. Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Der Service im Park war fabelhaft! Alles super! ABER: Wir raten von der Buchung über Belvilla ab! Wir hatten im Buchungsprozess immer ein Haustier angegeben. Dieses wurde ich immer aufgeführt. Nach der Zahlung war dann in der Buchungsbestätigung kein Haustier erlaubt. Auch das Callcenter wollte uns nicht helfen. Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, hatten aber nicht wirklich Möglichkeiten. Landal selbst hat auf Nachfrage bestätigt, dass es immer Probleme mit Haustier und Belvilla gibt! Also besser direkt beim Anbieter selbst buchen!

Wir wohnten in einem Ferienhaus für acht Personen.
Es roch wirklich bestialisch nach Abwasser. Nachdem wir selbst alles gespült hatten â_x0080__x0093_ Gerüche, Putzen usw. â_x0080__x0093_ war der Geruch immer noch da. Wir riefen an der Rezeption an, und ein junger Mann kam, der im Grunde dasselbe tat wie wir. Er trug irgendwo Dichtungsmasse auf und konnte sonst nichts tun. SchlieÃ_x009f_lich mussten wir in ein anderes Ferienhaus umziehen. Ã_x0084_rgerlich, weil man all seine Sachen mitnehmen musste. Aber der Gestank war weg! Allerdings war die Heizung in diesem neuen Ferienhaus anscheinend nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, sodass wir in einem kalten Haus saÃ_x009f_en. Das Problem wurde erst am nächsten Tag von der Rezeption behoben. Das Ferienhaus war immer noch â_x0080__x009e_abgeschaltetâ_x0080__x009c_, was beim Umzug am Vortag wohl nicht richtig beachtet worden war. (Da es fast Winter und drauÃ_x009f_en kalt ist, war das wirklich unangenehm!)
