Wir sind nicht hingefahren, da uns die zusätzlichen Kosten für Bettwäsche, Reinigung und den Hund zu hoch waren. Eine Stornierung mit der Hotel-Geschenkkarte war nicht möglich. Wir waren vom Kundenservice in dieser Angelegenheit enttäuscht.
