Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende und die Lage der Villa ist großartig!
Wir haben jedoch einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten identifiziert und hoffen, dass diese ernst genommen werden.
Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Liste:
Schmutzige Gartenstühle mit grünen Ablagerungen.
Lampen über dem Esstisch sind schmutzig
Nur 6 Gabeln in einem Haus für 8 Personen
Keine Ofengerichte
Das hintere Dachfenster ist kaputt
Bolderkar ist kaputt
Moskitonetze sind schmutzig
Das Lounge-Sofa draußen war mit Hundehaaren bedeckt
Darüber hinaus war das gesamte Haus nicht sauber, beispielsweise waren noch Flecken auf den Spiegeln.
Wir glauben, dass Ihr Service in dieser Hinsicht noch besser sein kann.
Wir fanden die Leute an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und danken Ihnen für die Gastfreundschaft.
