Das Ferienhaus befindet sich leider überhaupt nicht in Kamperland wie angeboten, sondern Kaapduinseweg 24, 4371 NP Koudekerke, Niederlande. Dies ist immerhin eine halbe Autostunde vom eigentlich gebuchten Ort entfernt. Hierzu habe ich trotz telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfrage von Belville keine Antwort bekommen.
Wir hatten online bei belville gebucht, laut Ausschreibung waren die Handtücher, Bettwäsche und die Kurtaxe bereits im Angebot inbegriffen. Vor Ort mussten wir diese an Landal (die mittlerweile Roompot übernommen haben) nochmal zahlen, immerhin über 500 â_x0082_¬. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte selber, nachdem ich auch schon mit Bell ille telefoniert hatte, ebenfalls dort angerufen. Auch bei ihr zeigte sich die Mitarbeiterin von Belville überrascht von den zusätzlichen Kosten.
Leider konnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden und mir wurde der Zugang zum Haus verweigert, wenn ich dies nicht vor Ort nochmal zahle. So hatten wir uns den Start in den Urlaub nicht vorgestellt.
Die Heizung im Haus ist mit einem ICY Thermostat im Wohnzimmer gekoppelt. Sobald die Temperatur die 21° C Marke im Wohnzimmer (mit Kamin) erreicht, wird leider die Heizung vom restlichen Haus einfach ausgeschaltet, was zu einer Raumtemperatur in den Schlafzimmern und Bädern von 13° führt. Das entspricht zumindest nicht unserer Wohlfühltemperatur.

Leider werden zu wenige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist nicht wirklich sauber. Einige Ecken wurden schon mehrere Monate nicht geputzt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist etwas wenig. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen gedacht und mit 4 Personen ist es vom Platz in Ordnung.
Preis / Leistung für mein Empfinden zu teuer.
