Haben abgebrochen nach 1 Nacht, weil es viel zu dreckig und unsauber war. Dazu war die Rezeptionsdame so unfreundlich. Beim Check in schon und hat uns alleine gelassen, wir haben sämtliche Häuser gesucht und versucht reinzukommen, wir haben keine Infos zum Park bekommen nur die Antwort: steht in der Landal App. Also ich sagte ist doch Roompot, nein Landal. Müssen sie da nach lesen und uns stehen gelassen. Dann endlich klappte der Einlass in die Lodge, alles dreckig, Wasser kam durchs geschlossene Fenster. Lodge hatte 11 Grad Raumtemperatur. Das war Zuviel für uns und sind wir nicht gewohnt von Bellvilla und Roompot. Abreise nächsten Tag, gleiche Dame an Rezeption wusste nicht wer wir sind, hat uns nicht ausgecheckt. Sind dann los. Heute mit Roompot telefoniert, soll Beschwerde Formular einreichen.
