Die Villen bieten ausreichend Platz für mehrere Familien. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Alle Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Eine Badematte wäre praktisch gewesen. Allerdings gibt es keine Tür zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer, sodass sich in manchen Zimmern die Toilette direkt gegenüber dem Bett befindet.
Schade, dass die Wohnbereiche nur spärlich beleuchtet sind. Die Kochutensilien sind auf das Nötigste beschränkt. Kaffee wird nur aus Filtern zubereitet, Kapseln sind nicht vorhanden. Dafür gibt es ausreichend Kühlschränke und Gefrierschränke. Das Haus kühlt abends schnell ab, und die Türen im Erdgeschoss sind schlecht isoliert, sodass man ständig einen Luftzug durch die Ritzen spürt.
Wir haben dort ein wunderschönes Weihnachtsfest verbracht. Die Vermieter haben sich sehr bemüht, das Haus gemütlich zu gestalten, und es stand ein Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch.
