Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mangelhaft. Man zahlt viel Geld, aber das Ferienhaus ist trotzdem enttäuschend. Es war stellenweise nicht richtig gereinigt. Auch der Spielplatz im Park ist renovierungsbedürftig. Immerhin gibt es einen geräumigen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Die Küche ist ausreichend mit Geschirr und Utensilien ausgestattet, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
