Der elektronische Schlüssel funktionierte nicht, die Website wurde nicht aktualisiert, und im Besteckkasten fehlten mehrere Teile, darunter eine Schöpfkelle, ein Suppenlöffel, eine Käsereibe und ein Flaschenöffner.
Auf der Website stand, das Restaurant sei geöffnet; es war der Geburtstag meiner Frau, und ich hatte ihr ein schönes Abendessen versprochen, doch es wurde ein fettiges Essen, da das Restaurant tatsächlich geschlossen war. Das Ferienhaus war dringend renovierungsbedürftig und musste gestrichen werden.
Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch der Rauchgeruch im Ferienhaus; er war widerlich, obwohl behauptet wurde, die Ferienhäuser seien rauchfrei.

Das Häuschen war schmutzig und altmodisch, ohne anständige Stühle (nur Rattanstühle). Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und es gab kein warmes Wasser. Wir gingen nur noch wegen der Kälte ins Bett, weil man uns an diesem Abend nichts mehr helfen konnte. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir ein anderes Häuschen und mussten alles (unser Hab und Gut) wieder umpacken. Dafür erhielten wir keinerlei Entschädigung. Wir sind jetzt anderthalb Tage weiter. Die einzige Entschädigung war, dass wir ein anderes Häuschen bekamen; ich finde das skandalös.
