Das liegt ganz allein an Belvilla. Wir sind in einem anderen Haus als dem gebuchten. Wir haben versucht, Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber niemand reagiert. Sehr enttäuschend. Wenn man Vereinbarungen trifft, sollte man diese auch einhalten und sich nicht verstecken.
Der Park an sich ist in Ordnung; die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr engagiert. Sie haben schnell nach Lösungen für die vielen Mängel in unserem unerwünschten Haus gesucht. Leider war das gewünschte Haus bereits ausgebucht. Belvillas Versprechen waren also wertlos.
Die Lage ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist klein, aber nett. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig.
