The villa is located in the particularly popular district of Fuente del Gallo, which is approx. 2 km north of Conil city.
During the season, there is a small supermarket within approx. 200 m. Right next to it a restaurant that is always open except for the winter months.
In summer, there is one of the popular Chiringuitos (beach restaurant) on the beach right by the stairs.
Conil with its many shops and the daily market can be easily reached by car. The distance on foot along the beach is around 1.7 km.
