Everything is included in the rental price..there is not additional costs If you wish to cancel your reservation, the 30% of the total price will not be refunded, BUT unused paid deposit is not lost !! can be used - voucher for another dates in 2026/2027. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival, or as outlined in the contract provided at the time of booking confirmation.

In addition, there are multiple sun loungers and a shaded area to relax and enjoy. There is a large outside dining area, with two tables each seating up to ten people and a large barbecue. Vodnjan is a small charming town with many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes. You can sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market.

It would be fine if guests contact me by mail or phone 00385981841070 two days before arrival When you arrive in Istria (Croatia) follow the highway Istria. Go straight to the Vodnjan / Dignano south. When you exit the toll booth, drive 400 meters, you come across a large roundabout. Take second exit and after 100 m turn right and immediately to the left.. address: ISTARSKA ULICA 83 b, Vodnjan

I booked the Villa for 5 couples. We enjoyed the stay really much. Especially for couples cool, as each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. Also additional stuff like salt, oil, tabs for the dish washer and so on. There are 2 refrigerator - so plenty of space for cooling the drinks. At arrival, the villa was clean. Ingrid greeted as with a warm welcome. Any questions we had during our stay were always answered promptly. In conclusion, I highly recommend the villa. It's beautiful, clean, and the perfect place to stay. PS: If you want to go clubbing to Pula, a taxi/uber only costs around 20 euros for 5 persons.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche. Ingrid ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Der große Pool ist ein Traum. Restaurant und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, Viele Grüße Erwin Straßmeier
