Holiday destination
The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Volme, just 100 m from the sea. Beaches, restaurants (the nearest only 30 m away), a supermarket, an amusement park, and cycling paths are all within walking distance. The city of Pula is only a 7-minute drive away. Nearby you will find natural beaches, the Cape Kamenjak nature reserve, a bus stop, and a football field.
Our villa is the only holiday accommodation in the Volme region that has officially been awarded 5 stars – thanks to its high-quality amenities, exclusive architecture, excellent cleanliness, and prime location.
Getting there
Take the highway towards Pula. After the end of the motorway, follow the signs for Medulin / Premantura. Then you only drive towards Premantura. Banjole is 3.5 km before Premantura. Volme is a residential area in Banjole. Our villa is located at 11 Volme in Banjole.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (inklusive Kindern) in dieser wunderschönen Villa und sind absolut begeistert!
Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Die Kinder haben im Haus und draußen im Garten viele Spielmöglichkeiten. Das absolute Highlight waren natürlich die zwei Pools - die Kinder hatten riesigen Spaß und wir Erwachsenen konnten herrlich entspannen.
Die Lage in Banjole ist ein echter Geheimtipp: ruhig abseits des Massentourismus, aber in wenigen Minuten am Meer oder im Trubel von Medulin oder Pula.
Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeber für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die reibungslose Kommunikation.
Wer ein rundum sorgloses Paket für einen Familienurlaub sucht, muss diese Villa buchen.

Wir sind als Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen angereist, um gemeinsam zu segeln, denn die Region ist dafür einfach ideal. Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt, gemeinsam gekocht und lange Abende am Pool verbracht. Es war genau die Auszeit, die wir gebraucht haben. Die Stimmung war entspannt, herzlich, einfach schön, man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe an alles gedacht wurde. Am liebsten wären wir noch geblieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Zeit. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
