Die Bar und alles drum herum ist richtig gut gemacht absolut toller Blick aufs Meer. Der weg zu der Bar ist nicht geteert im Gegenteil der weg hat es in sich ein richtiger schotter weg mit Teil großen Steinen oder tiefen Löcher das Auto wird ordentlich durch geschüttelt sollte man sich gut überlegen.

Alle touristisch wichtigen Orte sind in 20 bis 30 Fahrminuten bestens zu erreichen. In den Gemeinden in naher Umgebung finden sich hervorragende lokale Restaurants für jeden Geldbeutel. Die Lage der Villa eignet sich bestens zur Entspannung mit der Möglichkeit über Tagesausflüge die Region kennenzulernen. Die Villa selber ist in einem modernen, sehr gepflegten Zustand. A fantastic villa in a central location in Istria. It's fully equipped with Starlink internet, a beautiful pool, and a terrace. All major tourist destinations are within easy reach, within a 20- to 30-minute drive. The nearby towns offer excellent local restaurants to suit every budget. The villa's location is ideal for relaxation, with the opportunity to explore the region on day trips. The villa itself is modern and very well-maintained.
