The advance payment is 30% and has to be paid within 3 days from the date of confirmation of reservation. The holiday house is bindingly reserved for you from receipt of your rental pre-payment (30%). If the Tenant terminates this contract before the arrival date and doesnâ€™t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying the following penalty fees to cover costs as long as a further rental is not possible: Termination - 30% of rental price. The Owner can thereafter let the property to someone else.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche mit einer größeren Gruppe (8 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder).Das Haus/Anwesen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gute Liegen mit Auflagen und Badetücher (allerdings nur 2 Schirme, die uns gereicht haben, aber bei noch höheren Temperaturen, wahrscheinlich zu wenig sind), die Zimmer und Bäder waren sehr sauber, der Pool mit Salzreinigung war erfrischend und unserer Meinung besser als mit Chloraufbeteitung. Beim Check-Out ist uns der Hausherr entgegen gekommen, so dass wir eine angenehme Heimreise hatten und in 7 Stunden wieder in Nürnberg waren. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, die größeren Supermärkte in ca. 25 Minuten.Kurz zusammengefasst, wir hatten wunderschöne Tage - gerne wieder

Unsere Urlaubsgruppe bestehend aus 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern war eine Woche anwesend und ist sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft: - Sauber - ⁠Salzwasser Pool jedoch sehr verträglich für die Augen - ⁠Ruhige Lage mitten im Wald - ⁠Billard Tisch, Tischtennis und Kickerkasten zum Zeitvertreib - ⁠Eine schöne Grillecke und eine schöne Terasse im Haupthaus für gesellige Abende Als kleines Manko möchten wir hier die ca. 20 Minuten bis zur nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit anmerken. Das ist allerdings bekannt. Zum nächsten Badestrand sind es ca. 35 Minuten (Empfehlung Lovran / kann auch mit einer kurzen Städtetour durch Opatija verbunden werden). Außerdem ist die Stadt Rabac ca. 40 Minuten entfernt. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Tatsache, dass die einzig ebene Fläche zum Fussballspielen für Kinder nicht eingezäunt ist und der Ball somit Meterweise die steilen Böschungen hinunterfällt. Fussballspielen ist auf dem Anwesen quasi nicht möglich! Nichtsdestotrotz 5 von 5 Sterne von uns
