Cancellation policy

If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged: For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund. For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged. For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (if it is a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will apply). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

From the villa, there is a unique view of Motovun, the picturesque town atop the hill, which is also one of the symbols of Istria. Just a few minutes' walk away is a rural household where it is possible to taste simple dishes made from organically grown ingredients; a store is 2 km away, while beaches and various sports and leisure options are 25 km away.

Getting there

Key collection at our reception: ISTRALINE Travel Agency, Partizanska 4/1, 52440 POREC. The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your apartment by a pilot. If you are unable to arrive within the agency's opening hours due to traffic jams or other circumstances, please contact the agency by phone in good time.
