Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received is considered the date of cancellation (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the next working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Villa Casa Orah is a wonderfully restored stone house situated on its own 700 sqm fenced property in the village of Vosteni near Sv. Lovrec. In Sv. Lovrec, there is a shop, pizzeria, and ATM, and in Porec, 15 km away, the nearest beach and various sports and cultural offerings can be found. Thanks to the fenced property, guests' privacy is ensured. Two parking spaces are available. The owner does not live on the property.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here.
