After the booking confirmation via e-mail, it is necessary to transfer 50% of the total amount by bank transfer in one day or two at the latest (payable in EUR). The rest is payable upon arrival at the agency in cash (payable in EUR).
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is non-refundable within 28 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival occurring due to illnesses or restrictions at the borders due to the COVID-19 virus, the guest will have a new time period in this or next year at their disposal in our accommodation facilities.
