Wir waren mit 10 Personen (2 befreundete Familien + Partner) 12 Tage in der Villa „Castagna". Im Voraus wurden uns über FeWo alle nötigen Informationen zugeschickt und auch Fragen, die wir vorab hatten, sehr nett beantwortet. Eine Stunde vor Check-in habe ich Marina, die Dame die sich um Check-in, Buchungen etc. kümmert, angerufen und sie war dann vor uns schon im Haus und hatte alles vorbereitet. Der Check-in dauerte keine 15 Minuten und schon begann der Urlaub. Per WhatsApp hat Marina mir sämtliche Orte, wie z.B schöne Strände, Bars, Ausflugsziele, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Ähnliches zugeschickt. Bei Fragen war sie immer telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichbar und sorgte stets für einen stressfreien Aufenthalt. Das Haus war traumhaft schön und sehr Sauber. Es gab für alle frische Handtücher und Bettbezüge, welche nach 7 Tagen gewechselt wurden. Dort klopfte ein Team von 3 Leuten, welche durchs Haus sind und alle Handtücher gewechselt und alle Betten neu bezogen haben. In der Küche und am Grill draußen hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Waschmaschine haben wir ebenfalls benutzt und konnten unsere Wäsche sogar auf einem Wäscheständer, welcher auch im Haus steht, zum trocknen aufhängen. Im Poolbereich gibt es 5 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm, einen großen Tisch für 10 Personen mit Grill und einen Whirlpool - das Highlight des Hauses. Das einzig „negative": Drei Lampen funktionierten bei uns nicht und ein Waschbecken lief schlecht ab. Das störte uns allerdings nicht und wir sagten es Marina beim Check-out. Sie hat sofort ihrem Handwerker Bescheid gesagt. Wir hatten gegen Ende sehr laute Nachbarn und Marina bat uns am Anfang des Urlaubes Bescheid zu geben, wenn uns laute Nachbarn stören sollten, damit sie diesen Bescheid gibt. Sodass alle einen entspannten Urlaub haben. Für den Checkout haben wir uns auf 9:30Uhr mit Marina verabredet. Sie war überpünktlich und wir konnten bereits um 9:40 Uhr unsere Heimreise antreten. Also alles in allem ein sehr schöner und stressfreier Urlaub mit einem wunderschönen Haus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!!! Vielen Dank für alles!
