Cancellation policy

In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable: Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied, Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied. If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at info@solorplus.com. Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.

Getting there

Guests have access to all house parts and the deck area, patio and backyard. The complete plot is fully fenced.You have your private entrance and a private parking behind the house. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-out upon departure.
