Getting there

If you arrive via the motorway from the border, you need to leave at Žminj, and follow the local road to Svetvincenat (Savi?enta, San Vincenti) and then Bibici and Bijazici, where you turn left for Stokovci. The house is the first on the right.

Das Haus war wie erwartet wunderschön, sehr gut ausgestattet und macht einen soliden und modernen Eindruck. Der Pool wurde vom Hausherren regelmäßig gereinigt und der Whirlpool wird für alle neuen Gäste mit neuem Wasser gefüllt. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und ist sehr gepflegt. Viel Zeit haben wir im Keller verbracht beim Tischtennis und Billard. Der Platz dafür ist zwar in der ursprünglichen Stellweise etwas eng, aber nach ein bisschen rumrücken konnten auch unsere Profis zum spielen weit ausholen. Übergabe und Übernahme mit Kaution und allem anderen haben tadellos funktioniert und es gab während dem Aufenthalt keine größeren Probleme die sofortigen Handlungsbedarf erfordert hätten. Einzig ein paar Sportgeräte könnten getauscht werden (Badminton schlägerbespannung z.B. und die Minigolfbälle)

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 12 bis 15 Jahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und auch die Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight war der beheizte Pool und der Jacuzzi. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das man zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit wenige Kilometer fahren muss hat uns nicht gestört. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett.
