Cancellation policy
Our booking terms are flexible and based on mutual agreement. A deposit of approximately 30% is usually paid at the time of reservation (or as otherwise agreed), while the remaining balance can be settled in the way that suits the guest best — by bank transfer shortly before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Regarding cancellations, we always try to be fair and understanding. If guests encounter unexpected problems, we do our best to find a solution together so they do not lose their stay — for example by arranging a change of dates or another suitable alternative whenever possible.

Getting there
We personally welcome all our guests and truly appreciate it when you message us a few hours before arrival so we can confirm everything and be there to greet you in person. We always enjoy giving our guests a warm welcome. If you happen to arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in time, just let us know — we will gladly inform you as soon as the house is ready so you can enter as early as possible.
