* If cancellation occurs between 2 months and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the rental price.

The holiday home is a short distance from the Grevelingen beach and near the Den Osse marina, between Brouwershaven and Scharendijke.
There are plenty of leisure activities available:
Cycling, diving, sailing, walking on the beach or through the old streets of the heritage-listed towns of Zierikzee and Burgh-Haamstede. Simply wonderful.
