Cancellation costs if the tenant withdraws from the contract: 30 percent of the rental price if canceled up to 45 days before the start of the booking period; in the event of cancellation 44 - 22 days before the start of the booking, 50 percent of the total rental price; in the event of cancellation 21 - 15 days before the start of the booking, 70 percent of the total rental price; if canceled 14 - 8 days before the start of the booking, 85 percent of the total rental price and if canceled 7 - 1 day before the start of the booking, 95% of the total rental price. The landlord can only cancel for important reasons, such as an official ban on letting, the property cannot be rented or the tenant does not comply with the terms of payment. Payments already made by the tenant will be refunded in this case.

Getting there

From Stralsund, take the famous Rügen Bridge and follow the B196 toward Binz. Shortly after passing Zirkow, turn left off the B196 toward Binz (continuing on the L29). You will reach Binz, cross the tracks of the Rasender Roland, and find yourself on Bahnhofstraße. About 300 meters past the railroad crossing, turn right onto Klünderberg, which becomes Heinrich-Heine-Straße after about 700 meters. After about 200 meters, turn left onto Elisenstraße. The house is located there about 100 meters down on the right-hand side.

Die FeWo besticht durch ihre zentrale und gleichzeitig absolut ruhige Lage. Die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen 5-Parteien-Haus. Hervorzuheben sind die kurzen Wege z. B. 100 Meter zur Innenstadt (mit diversen Geschäften, Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars und auch Imbisse bzw. Restaurants, die Gerichte zum Mitnehmen anbieten) 240 Meter zum Bäcker, 350 Meter zum Supermarkt, 450 Meter zur Seebrücke, 300 Meter zum Strand Der eigene PKW-Stellplatz liegt direkt hinter dem Haus und bietet auch für große PKW Platz. Die großzügige FeWo ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Betten ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal aufs Neue mehr als wohl können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt und aus vollstem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ihre Familie L. aus Hürth

Die Übergabe der Ferienwohnung war äußerst unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist überaus komfortabel ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine schöne, ruhige Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: sehr zentral mit kurzen Wegen zum Bäcker und zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
