The holiday home is located in Empuriabrava, a town 35 km beyond the French border in the Bay of Roses on the Costa Brava. It is the largest marina or ciudad navegable (navigable city) in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable seawater channels.

Empuriabrava has a beautiful sandy beach, a natural beach, and is nestled in the Aigua Molls (nature reserve). It is the hub for all boat owners and water sports enthusiasts. Getting there
Empuriabrava is extremely conveniently located from your hometown with a direct and continuous motorway connection. (Frankfurt 1200 km / Munich 1350 km / Stuttgart 1100 km).
