In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make an effort to find another renter for the vacated property as quickly as possible. If we are completely or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new renter, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist Top. Alles in allem perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr netten Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Seit 6 Jahren konnte ich nicht mehr nach Spanien reisen und nun 2024 bin ich endlich wieder zurückgekehrt und es war mindestens so schön wenn nicht schöner als damals . Traumhauftes Haus , alles top und 2025 wieder !
