In this case, or if you wish to cancel for personal reasons, we will make every effort to find another tenant for the property as soon as possible. If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, wir waren 2 Paare, hatten ausreichend Platz und genossen die Terrasse sehr. Das Haus war sauber, die Umgebung schön ruhig und durch die tolle Ausstattung haben wir uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir können die Villa Alma wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

... das trifft hier ganz besonders zu und zwar im allerbesten Sinn.
Die "Alma" ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit Blick fürs Detail eingerichtet.
Es ist sehr gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts.
Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist groß und einladend. Dort haben wir dann auch stets unseren ersten Kaffee genossen.
Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen.
