If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You will then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Alma verbracht. Es war alles sauber, gut ausgestattet und auch die Lage war ruhig. Man kann hier als Paar oder als Familie eine schöne entspannte Zeit verbringen. Der Pool und die wunderbaren Sonnenstunden auf der Terrasse und die Umgebung haben uns einen rundum zufriedenen Urlaub geschenkt Ein Auto macht alles natürlich einfacher man kann die Gegend erkunden und auch mal nach Malaga Stadt fahren. Supermärkte sind in der näheren Umgebung. Caleta de Velez ist ein kleiner authentischer Ort mit tollen Fischrestaurants am Hafen. Wir lieben diese Gegend und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch nochmals die Villa Alma für uns als Rückzugsort buchen. Der Service und die Abwicklung erfolgten ohne Probleme. Frau Linse war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank LG...

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Alma sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum. Toller Blick von der Terrasse, eine Markise schützt vor der Sonne. Wenn wir den Pool auch nicht genutzt haben, trägt er zu dem schönen Ambiente des Außenbereiches bei. Unser Auto konnten wir gut vor dem Haus parken. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit Familie Linse war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir planen gerade unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus.
