The all-year-round sunday market in Pollença is famous for its big offer of spanish and mallorquin specialities and flowers. On the central market place are a lot of restaurants cafes and bars. LLEÓ57 is at half height of Calvarien mountain with its famous pilgrims stairs to the chapel.
The unique beaches with crystal clear water (Cala St Vincente, in Porto Pollença or Alcudia) are only a few minutes by car or bike. Right behind Pollença you'll find the mountain range of Serra de Tramuntana and the peninsula Formentor. Holiday for all your senses - if food, hiking, cycling, sun, beach or water sports.

From the airport take the Transfer service with limousines (as expensive as a taxi), a rental car or a taxi to the bus station in Palma and from there the bus to Pollença.

a) In case of cancellation up to 90 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the rental price
b) From the 89th day until the 60th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the rent
c) From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 75% of the rental price
d) From the 29th day until the day of commencement of occupancy and in the case of no-show without declaration of resignation 90% of the rental price.
In the case you will have to cancel, which we really don’t hope, the compensation only applies if renewed efforts to rent out the house remain unsuccessful.

Upon cancellation of a binding booking before arrival the whole fee is due.
