Special features
Måsens Havsbad was one of the first lodging houses at the Swedish coast. We bought the house a few years ago and since then finished it with a lot of attention, very Swedish and without 'Chi-chi'....

b) From the 89th day until the 60th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the rent
c) From the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 75% of the rental price
d) From the 29th day until the day of commencement of occupancy and in the case of no-show without declaration of resignation 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Pure nature to relax, sunbath and swim. Going for walks, hiking or going on excursions: to the equestrian or sheep farm, sightseeing, shopping, culture or night life. Kungsbacka 15km, Goteborg 35km. Or visit Varberg with its impressive fortress or Askhults By, a restored village from the medieval times. There a many more excursion destinations and restaurants of which many have a star. Great golf courses. But its best to enjoy the simple life in and around the house.
Getting there
As a sailer: Guest harbour Lerkil (57°27'19 N, 11°54'51 O), from the berth not even 50m to the property.
Car: From Hamburg around 560km, all-year-round ferry connection Puttgarden-Rödby and Helsingör-Helsingborg. Reservation not necessary but recommended during high season. An alternative would be the night ferry Stena Line from Kiel to Goteborg.
Plane: Flights to Goteborg-Landvetter or with Ryanair to goteborg-Save. Rental car, around 60km till Lerkil.
Journey: coming from north or south on E6. Exit Kungsbacka/Särö. Then country road 158. at the roundabout between Särö and Kungsbacka turn to Vallda/Lerkil, Lerkil is well signposted. Måsens Havsbad is right at the end of the street, in front of the turning area take the small gravel path on the right, 50m.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage an diesem fantastischen Ort mit spektakulärer Aussicht verbracht. Schon von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, sauniert, im Meer gebadet, was auch bei herbstlichen Temperaturen ein großer Spaß ist. Es ist an alles gedacht, es fehlt einem an nichts. Man möchte am liebsten nicht mehr abreisen. Einfach perfekt für eine Auszeit am Meer. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbares Haus mit großartig gestalteter Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht und mehr.
Die Lage ist einzigartig und die Aussicht spektakulär, man findet einfach nix zu meckern. Die Sauna mit traumhafter Aussicht konnte ich leider nicht genießen, da meine Frau leider keine Sauna mag und allein doch eher nicht öko in dieser Zeit - alles perfekt, danke !
