Cancellation policy
Section 9 Cancellation Policy
(1) The tenant agrees to pay compensation as follows:
15% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs more than three months before the start of the rental period.
50% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between three months and one month before the start of the rental period.
75% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs between one month and two weeks before the start of the rental period.
100% of the rental fee if the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start of the rental period or if the
rental period has already begun.
(2) The tenant may nominate an equivalent substitute tenant to FHSV Motzka. If FHSV Motzka finds a substitute tenant, the rental price will be refunded minus any advertising costs and last-minute discounts.
For this reason, taking out travel health insurance (including COVID-19 coverage) is expressly recommended. We are happy to assist with this.

In the well-maintained Grevelingen section of Noordzeepark Ouddorp, you'll spend relaxing days. This is the starting point for the very well signposted (mostly paved) cycling and hiking trails. On the beach, several pavilions take care of your physical well-being. Here you can enjoy the sunset in relaxation. In the park, the supermarket offers good shopping opportunities for daily necessities. Larger grocery stores (AH, Jumbo) are located in the village.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in einen sehr guten gesamt Zustand. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und in einem guten / neuwertigen Zustand. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Sitz -und Liegemöbel sind sehr bequem. Es ist an viele nützliche Dinge gedacht worden, die nicht immer auf dem ersten Blick sichtbar sind. Aber den Aufenthalt im Haus und außerhalb des Hauses, sehr angenehm machen. Alle Kontakte mit dem Hausbesitzer und der Verwaltung vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Ferienhaus Seestern, ein echtes Juwel an der niederländischen Küste!
Das Haus liegt eingebettet in einer ortstypischen Ferienhaussiedlung und ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage mit Stellplatz vor dem Haus und der große Garten. Sehr gut ist auch, dass eine Waschmaschine, ein Grill und Strandsitze zur Verfügung stehen und genutzt werden können.
Sowohl der charmante Ortskern von Ouddorp als auch der weitläufige Strand sind schnell und bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar.
Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten Spaziergängen, Radtouren und Strandtagen ein, und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind nicht weit entfernt.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
