Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

A 400.00 eur refundable damage deposit is required.
One well behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per week.
Pool heating on request in April, May, September and October - Extra charge €200,00 per week.
During the high season the villa is only rented on week days from Saturday to Saturday.

The beautiful Villa Patricia is situated in a small place only 10 kilometers away from Rovinj – the pearl of the Adriatic as well as the Mediterranean and one of the most romantic Croatian cities.
Only two kilometers away from Villa Patricia there is Lim Bay, the longest Adriatic sea channel.
We also recommend to visit the remains of the medieval town Dvigrad.

Ein Zuhause in Istrien
Wir waren mit 9 Personen hier. Der Empfang mit Obst, Kuchen und Öl durch Patricia und Massimo war herzlich. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut! Danke dafür!
Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt wie in den Bildern gezeigt, oft noch schöner!
Ein Zuhause, das liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert ist.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Was für mich wichtig war: überall waren Fliegengitter angebracht. Wir haben auch das reichhaltige Unterhaltungsangebot genutzt. Spaß gehabt mit Tischtennis, Billard und Würfelspiel, Entspannung gefunden im Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool.
Für uns waren die 14 Tage hier ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder hier her. Es gibt noch viel Schönes in Istrien zu entdecken und da ist "Villa Patricia" ein super Ausgangspunkt.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen und 2 Hunden im Oktober bei bestem Wetter für 2 Wochen in der Villa Patricia zu Gast. Wir hatten dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen, neuwertigen mit sehr guter Ausstattung versehenen Ferienhaus. Ein solch schönes sauberes Haus mit einer solch tollen Ausstattung ist ein Glücksgriff. Begrüßt und vor Ort betreut durch Massimo und Patricia, empfangen mit frischem Obst, Gebäck, selbstgemachten Wein war perfekt. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und jedes ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Es sind zahlreiche Handtücher, Strandtücher, Liegen, Auflagen, Handseifenspender und vieles mehr vorhanden. Das Haus ist vollständig eingezäunt. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Alles an Massimo und Patricia
