Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation from the 60th day before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be retained; up to the 45th day, 65% of the rental price will be charged; from the 15th day before arrival, 80%; from the 7th day, 100% of the total rental amount. Cancellations require confirmation.
If it is possible to re-rent the property for the cancelled period, the deposit will be refunded minus €30 for administrative costs.

Holiday destination
This villa is located directly on the sandy beach of San Vincenzo. The location is central, yet thanks to the small private road leading from the main street to the villa, you won’t notice any traffic noise, as the apartment faces the sea.
The sandy beach has both private and public areas.
The town center is just a few steps away. Everything is within walking distance: shops, shopping areas, the promenade with its bars and restaurants, pharmacy, and more.
Not far away are the beautiful “Rimigliano” nature reserve and the stunning Gulf of Baratti, with its Etruscan archaeological sites. A cycling path leads to these locations.

Wir sind als Paar mit Hund gereist. Wir fanden eine super schöne , für uns zweckmäßige und saubere Wohnung vor . Die Wohnung ist sehr groß . Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein recht großes Badezimmer und eine Wohnküche zur Terrasse , die auch gleichzeitig der Eingang ist . Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Von der großen Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten kann man über eine Treppe direkt an den Strand , bzw. zum Schwimmen. Der Ausblick gerade am frühen Morgen und am Abend ist unbezahlbar gewesen . Sonnen auf und Untergang inklusive . Der Inhaber wohnt im ersten OG des Hauses und steht für alle Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir würden sagen die Wohnung ist ein Geheimtipp für Menschen die mit einfachem zufrieden sind :)
Restaurants , Supermarkt und der Hafen sind quasi vor der Türe und schnell zu erreichen.

Der Terrasse der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie ist groß, leitet direkt zur Strand, hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und auf den Einfahrt zum Hafen. Das einzige Das einzige ist der Sonnenschutz.
Im Inneren ist das Haus in Ordnung, sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus hat dicke Steinmauer und hohe Decke. Die Küche ist renoviert und gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit Dusche auch. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen Lüfter der das Schlafzimmer gut frisch hält.
Die Strände sind zahlreich. Den nördlichen freien Strand hat uns am meistern begeistert.
Es gibt viele Restauants. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und berät gerne.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht.
