If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts are to be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) until the day before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day the rental period begins or later: the full rental price.

Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg until you reach the dunes.
There, turn left; after about 300 m on the left is Park Strandslag.

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht, es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Ruck Zuck waren wir am Strand und am Mini Golf Platz konnte wir sehr gut essen.
Was in diesem schönen Haus fehlt ist ein Kleiderschrank im EG. Schlafzimmer.

Ein schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit toller Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermietungsbüro war jederzeit möglich und sehr entgegenkommend. Einziges
Manko ist die Treppe, die für kleine Kinder und ältere Personen aufgrund der engen Stufen etwas ungünstig ist. Aber alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus, wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hier Urlaub machen.
