If we are fully or partially successful, the owner will credit you with the profit from the new rental. You would then only need to pay any remaining difference. If we are unable to find a new tenant, you remain obligated to pay the remaining rent.

The villa is located near the white village of Algarrobo, about 40 km east of Malaga and just 2 km from the sea. From here, you can take beautiful day trips to the nearby white villages of Nerja and Frigiliana, or a bit further to Granada (Alhambra), Córdoba (Mezquita), Seville, Antequera, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, and even Tangier. Various supermarkets, small shops, a weekly market, a pharmacy, hairdressers, and also restaurants are located 2 km away.

Ein sehr charmantes Haus mit wünderschönem Garten, das Ruhe und Erholung bietet und dennoch nur 5 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und dem Strand entfernt ist. Wir haben hier einen wirklich wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub in herlicher Umgebung verbracht!

Wir waren als Freunde (2 Paare) in dieser super schönen Villa und hatten das kleine Appartement mit dazu gebucht, so hatte jedes Paar seine Privatsphäre. Das Haus und der Garten sind super schön, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Die Villa liegt wunderschön auf dem Berg, man braucht allerdings ein Auto. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind sehr schön, wir haben einige Tage auch nur am Pool verbracht und jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gegessen. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Gegend und es gefällt uns sehr gut dort, es gibt viel zu erleben und zu sehen. Wir haben uns bei Familie Linse sehr wohl geführt, es war alles perfekt wie auch beim letzten Mal - wir kommen sicher wieder!
