For cancellations between 3 to 2 months prior to your arrival or before, there is a cancellation fee of 50 % of the rate
For cancellations 2 and 1 months prior to your arrival or before, there is a cancellation fee of 75 % of the rate
For cancellations within a month prior to your arrival or before, there is a cancellation fee of 90 % of the rate
For cancellation on the day of your arrival we will charge a 100 % cancellation fee

Holiday destination
The property is on a 6-hectar plot. It has a stunningly beautiful view of the meadows, towards Hullum and the lighthouse. On the the spacious terrace with large garden you can enjoy the quiet, nature, stunning views of the distance, and magically beautiful sunsets.
On foot, through one of the most beautiful and most extensive dunes and nature area of Ameland, you can reach the beach and the North Sea. By bike you can reach the beach within around 20 minutes.
Getting there
Getting here from Leer-Nieuweschans (border area)
Via the A7 to Groningen, take a turn at Europaplain in Groningen towards Winsum/Bedum and then stop in Aduard. Buitenpost, and then take the Dokkum junction. From Dokkum continue towards Holwerd –Ameland.
By taxi / bus:
Once you are on the island of Ameland, you can either take the bus or a taxi. These are available from the Nes terminal.
If you are planning on coming by bus, please ask the driver if he stops at 'De Witte Reep' or 'Lange Dunen'. Alternatively, you can get off at 'Kaasboerderij', and continue for 1 km towards the north.
By car:
From the ferry, turn left at the roundabout, and continue towards Hollum. Once you have passed Ballum, turn right at the first path.
