Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel your booking due to circumstances, always do so before 3:00 PM and by e-mail. You can send your cancellation to kussengevecht@outlook.com. Do not forget to mention the name of the person who made the booking and the arrival date. As stated in our general rental conditions, there are costs associated with cancelling a booking.
* If you cancel less than 24 hours after our booking confirmation no costs are involved.
* In case of cancellation up to 63 days before the day of arrival, 35% of the rental price will be charged.
* In case of cancellation from 63 days before the day of arrival, 95% of the rental price will be charged.
* In case of cancellation from 7 days before the date of arrival, in case of late arrival or in case of early departure, 100% of the rental price will be charged.

Tolle Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren fantastisch! Duschen und Toiletten sind etwas veraltet.

Komfortables Wellness-Häuschen, sehr schönes und unterhaltsames Häuschen. Wir haben eines mit einer Sauna. Eine sehr gute Sauna zum Entspannen.
Wir haben die höchste Gebühr für Handtücher und Bettwäsche bezahlt. Dennoch haben wir nur ein Set Hand-/Geschirrtücher erhalten, ich hätte gerne mindestens 2 Sets oder wirklich die 4 Sets, für die ich bezahlt habe. Unser Badezimmer ist aufgrund der Sauna eine geteilte Situation. Also 2 Badezimmer und nur 2 Hand-/Küchentücher, die eigentlich für die Küche gedacht sind. Außerdem gibt es keine Handseifen in den Badezimmern.
Außerdem hatten wir einige schmutzige Geschirrteile und einen defekten Griff an der Hauptpfanne, die wir zum Kochen verwenden. Ich denke, wir werden die Servicestelle kontaktieren und einen Ersatz anfordern, da wir noch hier sind.
Der Ort, an dem wir wohnen, ist sehr gut und macht Spaß, ich möchte nicht negativ wirken. Ich gebe ihm 4 von 5 Sternen!
Außerdem konnte ich die App in Kanada, wo ich wohne, nicht herunterladen. Ich denke, der Park könnte mehr internationale Buchungen erhalten, wenn er sie auf einer breiteren Plattform verfügbar machen würde.
