Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Numerous marked cycling paths in the surrounding villages and historic towns: Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Vrsar, Umag, Tinjan, Motovun and Pazin. In just 10-15 minutes away by car to the beaches, coves parks and resorts. The private pool in the garden in front of the House allows any time for swim in crystal clear water.
Getting there
At the exit from the highway follow signs to Porec -Center, and continue to Porec. On the first traffic lights in Porec turn right, and on the next traffic lights turn left and drive till coming to the big parking. Our agency is near to the big parking, on the following address: Partizanska 4/1.

Es waren drei von uns Mädchen in der Wohnung. Zunächst waren wir etwas skeptisch, da es etwas abgelegen war. Es sind etwa 15 Kilometer nach Vrsar! Man darf nichts vergessen. Die Ankunft war großartig. Unser Vermieter war kurz da und erklärte uns alles. Leider hat er vergessen zu erwähnen, dass jeden Morgen zwischen 9:15 Uhr und 9:30 Uhr ein Bäckerwagen kommt und hupt, um zu signalisieren, wo man frische Backwaren kaufen kann. Das ist wichtig, da es sich nur um ein Dorf mit 50 Einwohnern handelt und es keinen Supermarkt gibt.
Aber das macht nichts. Fahren Sie einfach auf die andere Seite, wenn Sie das Horn hören, und es wird anhalten. Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet! Geschirrspültabs wurden bereitgestellt. Im Badezimmer unten gab es auch eine Waschmaschine. Oben gab es ein Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer. Das andere Badezimmer befindet sich im Flur, sodass es insgesamt drei Badezimmer gibt. Oben auf der Galerie stehen zwei Betten. Sehr modern. Alles war blitzsauber. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer zum Schlafen. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, die jedoch nicht benötigt wurde. Die Bilder vermitteln nicht wirklich die unglaubliche Größe der Unterkunft. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, und abends konnten wir den Tag wunderbar auf der großen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Wenn Sie eine ruhigere Umgebung bevorzugen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Ideal für Radfahrer. Die Konoba Patricia ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr schmackhaft. Großes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben beschlossen, zurückzukommen, da es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden gab. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade liegt, aber wie beschrieben! Kein Problem mit dem Auto. Die Wanderung zum Limski-Kanal ist großartig. Etwas anstrengend, aber für erfahrene Wanderer machbar. Nochmals vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ���

Es war gut · Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön, modern und voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe von PoreÄ und Rovinj, leicht zu erreichen. Ich empfehle es jedem. ���
