Villa Marija Klostar is new, very comfortable and nice decorated villa with pool for 10 people located in the village, only 8 km from Vrsar. The house is situated on the edge of the village on their own fenced parcel of 600m2 of private pool and olive grove. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen, large dining table, one bedroom with own bathroom and separate toilet with washimg room. From the living room out to the covered terrace where there is a grill and a seating area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and three bathroom each with its own shower / toilet. The house is fully air conditioned and additionally includes satellite TV, Internet and safe.

Numerous marked cycling paths in the surrounding villages and historic towns: Porec, Rovinj, Pula, Vrsar, Umag, Tinjan, Motovun and Pazin. In just 10-15 minutes away by car to the beaches, coves parks and resorts. The private pool in the garden in front of the House allows any time for swim in crystal clear water.
At the exit from the highway follow signs to Porec -Center, and continue to Porec. On the first traffic lights in Porec turn right, and on the next traffic lights turn left and drive till coming to the big parking. Our agency is near to the big parking, on the following address: Partizanska 4/1.

Regardless of whether the reservation has been made directly by the guest , upon receiving confirmation of reservation the guest has to make and advance payment of 30 % within the next 5 days, thus definitely confirming the booking. The balance of the full amount has to be paid at least 30 days before arrival and starting to using the reserved service. For reservations made within 21 days before arrival the total amount of reservation must be paid in the next 24 hours. Payment of reservations made within 21 days before arival must be reconfirmed by written confirmation (fax or e-mail) of the made payment. Euro tours reserves the right to request a valid credit card number from the guest as payment guarantee. In the case of the guest not sticking to the payment deadlines, the reservation may be cancelled.
Changes and cancellation
In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified till 60 days and more prior to arrival date: no charges are applied.
Reservation cancellations notified between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
Reservation cancellations notified between 29 and on the arrival day or no show: 100 % of the total reservation cost is charged.
In case that the guest can find another guest as his substitute in the same period, for the same price and under the same conditions, Euro tours shall transfer immediately after a written receipt of all necessary data about the new guest the Rental contract to a new guest, and it shall send him/her a written confirmation about it. The already received accommodation price sums shall be retained by Eurotours after the transferred contract, and the new guest is obliged to pay the rest up to the total accommodation price depending on the previously selected payment method which makes an integral part of the contract.
With each cancellation Euro tours charges € 25.00 handling charges.
