We ask for down-payment of 20% which is non-refundable, to be paid within 3 days upon reservation to our bank account. In case of cancellation, if possible, we will offer you an alternative date (even the following year). It is advisable to make travel insurance. The payment of the balance is to be made in cash upon arrival.

Holiday destination
The beach is only 250 m away. It is mostly pebble and stone beach. There are various restaurants, cafes, ice-shops on the beach. Only a few steps further, there is the Family Hotel Amarin with wonderful garden and children play area.
The supermarkt is only 150 m from our house.

Das Haus ist sehr gräumig, und bietet alles was man braucht. Die dazugehörige Terasse ist liebevoll bepflanzt ud lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das obere Stockwerk hat einen Balkon, dessen Ausblick ich sehr genossen habe. Frau Samsa ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die jedoch nie aufdringlich wird.
Wir haben mit unseren Kindern ca. 3 Minuten zum Strand gebraucht, und der war einfach super, unseren Kleinen haben wir kaum aus dem Wasser bekommen. Der Ausblick vom Strand gleicht einer Postkarte, definit sehenswert. Rovinj war für uns auch in einer viertel Stunde Fußweg erreichbar, lohnt mehrere Ausflüge. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, sowohl unserer 16jähriger als auch der 10jähriger Sohn waren begeistert. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung und kommen auch gerne nochmal wieder. Es ist einfach herrlich dort, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung, eine herrlich Terrasse und vor allem eine super nette Vermieterin mit einem netten Sohn, die bei Fragen immer weiter helfen. Auch die Nähe zum Hundestrand ist für uns ein Argument dort Urlaub zu machen.
