Cancellation policy
The rental agreement can only be terminated in writing.
In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees apply:
10% up to 90 days before the arrival date.
30% between the 90th and the 30th day before the arrival date.
80% between the 30th day and the arrival date.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later, the full rental amount.

Holiday destination
The well-maintained holiday park is located right behind the dunes and invites you to take a stroll with its canals and small ponds.
For our younger guests, there are plenty of play options: a swimming lake, soccer and basketball courts, play equipment, table tennis, trampoline, and pedal go-karts.
Behind the dunes is one of the widest sandy beaches in North Holland, complete with a beach restaurant and snack bar.
Mini-golf, trampoline, bicycle and pedal go-kart rental, as well as a café-restaurant are all available right in the park.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und eine tolle Umgebung, alles sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.
Wir , zwei Erwachsene + Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und am aller besten waren die Betten, so was haben wir noch nie in einem Ferienhaus gehabt, dass die Matratzen und die Kopfkissen absolut SPITZE waren!
Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.
